IBM Power Systems 4X Trade-In Allowance Promotion

4X Eligible Replacement (New) Servers:
Scale Out     9105-42A and 9824-42A
Mid-Range     9043-MRX and 9043-MRU
High End     9080-HEX and 9080-HEU
NOTE: MES upgrades do not qualify for the trade in program

IBM will also allow a 4X enhancement on the Trade-in Value of the Eligible Replaced (Old) Machine(s) up to the 4X maximum Trade-in Allowance of the Eligible (New) Machine(s).
• IBM must receive the firm order for the eligible new server(s) on or after October 15, 2025, and on or before December 7, 2025, for High End servers, and on or before December 17, 2025, for Scale Out and Mid-Range servers.
• All 4X eligible new servers must be invoiced by IBM to the distributor on or before December 31, 2025.
• The maximum Trade-in Allowance of all other Eligible Replacement (New)Machines on the machines list remains the same.
• The terms and conditions of the trade-in program remain the same for qualification and claims processing.
• Refer to the Trade-in Program Guide for deadlines for the BP to submit a claim request and for the customer to return an old machine to IBM.

Be sure to read the program guide completely to understand both the Business Partner and End User responsibilities to earn any trade-in payment. Failure to meet the terms of the program, will result in the transaction being disqualified from any payment under the Trade-In Program.

Accelerate IBMi Subscription Adoption with New Value Seller Discount

In an effort to accelerate the adoption of IBMi Subscription licensing and Power11, we are increasing the Value Seller discount on eligible subscription machine types. The intent of the additional discount is to reduce the acquisition cost of subscription licensing to the End User and encourage them to make purchase decisions in 4Q. Contact your Distributor to receive the increased discount and ACT FAST because the discount expires December 15th.

Effective October 16th, a new offering code EMPWSW10 is available in ePricer which activates the increased discount. The code must be selected by the Distributor during bid creation, and the applicable discount will apply automatically on the valid machine type models listed below.

Applicable in the US, Canada and Latin America.
Once applied, the code overrides the bid expiration date to Dec 15, 2025.
Available on all bid types of Value Seller Market and Preferred bids.
Not available on Special Bids.
Applicable for GOE end customers.
Combinable with other offers.

IBM Price Harmonization Effective January 1, 2026 Storage

IBM regularly reviews and adjusts its pricing strategy in response to inflation and other macroeconomic factors. These updates are designed to ensure long-term stability and consistency, while continuing to support the success of our clients and partners.

The 2026 IBM General Price Harmonization will take effect on 1 January 2026. Until then, the current pricing will remain in place through the end of this year.

Here’s what’s changing:
– IBM Storage: 6% increase across the portfolio, excluding Flash (Refresh coming 1Q2026), SAN + Ready Nodes (OEM, highly elastic), LTO Tape (OEM price balance), Media
– Technology Lifecycle Services: 6% increase across Non-Expert Care offerings and Avg Z; 7% on Avg Storage; 10% on Avg Power (Pre P10)
